Hot Weather Wear

A simple put together outfit for the hot weather is a nice cool top and shorts !  I like to glam up a simple outfit of shorts and a t shirt by dressing it up with a fancy t shirt, like this blue shirt from JC Penny.    This way I feel put together not sloppy while all the while still keeping cool ! It looks like September will still be a hot one !
