Dog Days of Summer

Here it is ! we are officially in the dog days of summer ! Personally, this is the part of the year that I dislike the most because it is just so hot!  Temps are in the 90's with heat indexes in the 100's !  Enough already !  Ha Ha lol but in the meantime, dressing to beat the heat is still in order.
For today's outfit, I did my "basic uniform" shorts and shirt.  I dressed up the shirt portion with a dressier Loft top that I thrifted and voila I was ready to head out the door !
