Because I can have my cake and eat it too !.....

Ha Ha yes literally! I can have my cake and eat it too as in the delicious birthday cake that my daughter baked for me !  From scratch may I add ! 
I am not too much of a baker, so I cant say that my daughter and I like to bake together, but my daughter lately started to show an interest in cooking and baking.  I was thrilled that she wanted to bake me a cake for my birthday !
