Is it February or is it Summer ?

The temperature today for February the 12th is supposed to be 82 degrees !  Yesterday it was 3 degrees below 90 !  Is it winter or summer ?  Well both here in Central Florida, it is winter with summer temperatures !  So for today's dressier outfit, I am wearing a dressy shirt and black jeans even though I could get away with shorts and a tank top !
