Fish Tacos
Weekday dinners ! What to make? Especially when the weather is hot and you just don't feel like making dinner a production ?
Fish tacos came to mind ! These are really simple and easy to make.
All I did was season 2 pieces of fish. Now the kind of fish you like to use is your choice. I like to use a whitefish. The seasoning I use reflects mexican seasonings. After the fish is cooked,
just flake the fish add it to a soft or crunch taco and add your toppings. I used shredded lettuce, radish tomato and onion.
