Before and After

I am a big DIY person and I always try to tackle projects on my own.  My latest project was to paint my concrete patio using the leftover paints that I have at home.  The leftover colors that I wanted to use were black, white and orange. 
I filled a bucket halfway with water and added about a half cup of flat black paint.  With a roller on a stick I just painted away until I had the desired shade.  This took several applications.  The orange paint was used with a cloth to rub on the stones.  The whole patio was then whitewashed with water and paint mixture.
